3d print: happy easter egg
Today I just printed out a bunch of Easter eggs that I hope will be a nice surprise for colleagues (when you’re back in the office sometime). Until then, I’d like to show some, I think quite interesting and successful pictures of the eggs, showing how the layer structures are built up, how something looks like at 300 micrometer layer height in FDM and that, depending on heat and material, sometimes threads form in cavities, which can be ...

Small 3d-print: Headphone (Bluetooth) charging problem helper
I’ve been having problems with my Bluetooth headphones lately, because sometimes they just wouldn’t charge anymore. Breathing mask from the 3d printer
A company from Baden-Württemberg called "Cast Solut" has developed a respirator that can be produced by injection moulding and that reduces the use of filter material to about 1/5 of a normal respirator. Well done one can only say. Of course things get even better if you can download the 3d data for it and print it out on your home FDM printer. The 3d model is available on the website - thanks for that :). But when I downloaded it, I noticed ...

Jewellery from the DLP printer Elegoo Mars
I am still at the beginning with the DLP printer but I have already found some nice ways to use it... Here for example for some small necklaces as little birthday presents: As expected, the resolution is very, very high, especially considering the size of the printed parts. More of this will be available here in the near future.
